Co-sharing rental of an office 4 non-related work/individual

Hi there, this idea is growing in the west, which would gather a few people who are not working together, unrelated in their fields to co rent an office and use that office. A good way to share rental fees and best of all, help each other if needed to. A help from someone outside their field might be a creative way of doing things, like an author, a biologist, body embalmer, fish-grower, webprogrammer and artist. There might be disadvantages of course.
