Thats disgusting. Another thing to add to my list of reasons for not visiting china again.

It's the Daily Mail. I would not assume the context of that photo is exactly how they presented it. Otherwise, they'd have thousands of photos from all over China, not just one specific train carriage on one route (between two of the biggest 'factory towns' in China no less).

Chances are cleaners bags burst or they just had a group of particularly messy passengers or they sweep everything from one end of the train to the other.
It's pretty much guaranteed the dailyfail have taken the photo out of context.

Its the society, they are not that civil-conscious yet like most 1st world countries. Funny thing is, many 1st world countries are falling back to becoming 2nd world countries like Europe. I may be wrong.
