Yep. Most doctors have a mini pharmacy so they consult with you, write what medicine you need, and then their pharmacy dispenses it to you - all in the one spot. If it is an unusual medicine, they will either tell you what pharmacy you can get it from (they will write you a script) or refer you to a specialist who will dispense it for you. Very simple.

Do make sure your medication is approved in Singapore first! Singapore's approved formulary is considerably shorter than the UK's. Consult the HSA website.
