May not be easy as salary is slightly on the lower side. If rejected, improve on that and reapply after 2 years.

2. Work permit for first three years and employment pass for now around 1 year 6 months
3.4 years 6 month

15 yrs? 15 mth? 15 day? when you are 15 yrs old? 15 hrs?

May not be easy NOW, as your parents didn't apply for PR for you that time. Now you are trying to apply as a first generation PR, whereas it should be been via the Second generation PR route when they got it N years ago.

Another question - I learned recently that one can submit cover letter, etc anywhere during the application process where it allows me to attach documents. I know that many experts here regard these additional documents as frivolous but I wonder why ICA allows them if it frowns upon them.

I'd say you lack a bit of effort as it is there very clearly written in his post that he applied at the begining of the year. Some old schoolers here would call it asking to be spoon-fed.

Hello, seeking advice on PR Application for my spouse and chances of getting approved.

My profile as follow
Age : 28M
Ethinicity: SG citizen
Basic salary: 45k / annum
Manufacturing industry.

Spouse Details
Age : 28F
Ethnicity: vietnamese
Base salary :32k/ annum (S pass just renewed 1 year)
Working in Singapore since 2014.
Current job 4 years. changed job 1 time.
Manufacturing industry. (different company as me)
First time applicant.

We just got married in october.

Also please advice of this is a right time to apply for PR. Should I apply through an agency or apply myself?

Went to approach a couple of agencies recently..
1 said for her to apply herself stand a higher chance.
1 said should apply via marriage. We should go do some charitable work as well to build a profile, etc.
