i dont know if i was shortlisted. actually no one knows i think. this guy was saying before i went in that this girl was told "well see you at the inteview" but they told me and this other girl that was inside with me that the etihad officials had problems with their visa or something and its going to be sometime next week because the hotel is also fully booked and that theyll be in touch.. and after i was in the hotel lobby and the same guy that i talk to eariler told me he was told the same thing. but i have a feeling that i wasnt shortlisted though

did they give you a piece of paper?I was given a piece of paper and she asked me which day I woud like to go for the interview...I chose fri..she also advice me to have my photo retaken...and to change my hairstyle...

any place to recommend for make up,styling and photo taking?cheap n good...pls...hehe...

i emailed Interexcel my CV last week and i got a call i was shortlisted and no need to go for the screening tdy and can go straight on Sunday to see EY ppl, but now u all are saying they can't come on Sunday???

so how? dun wanna all dress up and go there early morning tmr but all alone at the end

Hi, i went for the Etihad Airway interview this noon. Had intentions to go early but over-slept. HeHe! I reached 'bout 3.30pm, the crowd was manageable. About 20 plus applicants and the wait for my turn was 'bout 30mins. I was surprised that the lady didn't ask me for a self-intro, coz' i soooo ... dead prepared for the intro this time. Instead she ask questions like;

Do you know where you'll be based?
What kind of cultures do you think they have?
Where does Etihad originate from ... or something similar?
Name 3 strong factors you have?
Why etihad?

STRESS After the questions, she gave me a white piece of paper that states the dates of the coming interview next week plus some information on how to be dressed on that day. She also mention to wait for their call, latest by coming Wedesday. AIYO ... She also ask why UA didn't short-list me. ARGH!! After every interview, my blood pressure always shot up.

Hello, gal. I heard from the interviewer that the interviewers from Etihad will be arriving next week too. Perhaps you would like to call them or email them. CHEERIOS!!

she didnt ask me much things...only advice me to change hairstyle n put on more make up...doesnt feel like an interview @ all.haha

she also asked me why i failed the final interview for silkair.haha

so confirm tmr is cancelled?? then i won't go lah............

but i will be flying away on Wed for one whole week, which means i can't attend the interview

Hello, Jade. The more questions she asked, the more stress i get. The more stress i get, she seems to enjoy asking more question. DUH! Really scary, thank God it's over till next week if the call comes.

Yup, she gave me an option of 2 dates but as i'm not tight down to any work commitment i told her either is fine.

Gal, would you like to email them? Coz' at this late hour i don't think they're contactable through their office line. You really not going tomorrow? Dun give up this opportunity. Maybe you should go, least you might find someone there to give you more informations. All the best !!
