I'm probably the 'expat' on this forum with the least days Singapore in forecast, but came across your "Time Out Gets Cointreauversial" gathering and feel like joining ya. Sounds okay?!

This little sentence in the Time Out announcement on Facebook caught my attention: "On the night of the musical mayhem that is Zoukout, for those who prefer to party in the city, Time Out and Stereolab present the incredible Ian Blevins from Space Ibiza supported by Stephen Day!"

They kinda suggest that the best party in Singapore is Zoukout and everyone who wants to stay in the city is welcome at Stereolab. How do you guys think about that statement?

With Dj's Richie Hawtin, Miss Kittin & The Hacker, Armin Van Buuren and more, I can imagine that it can be a nice party as well..

We'll discuss it over dinner. I'm sure that it will be brilliant night out anyways.

From what I've heard, Zoukout will mostly be filled with teenagers. Now, unless you're into that kind of scene, you can see why alternative events will be advertised.
