First, I still want to make a champagne toast to the birthday boy - what a waste!

Then, i thought it will be nice if we can do more to further enhance our healthy lifestyle. Stuff like cycling to changi beach park. Or caged soccer. Or turning into flying foxes. Or skinny dipping.

Leaving mcdonalds at 4am and seeing a row of police cars right in front of us was kind of weird. Maybe i wasn't thinking properly.

See? Excursions to that part of the city always end up in Mickey-D's. Cop cars optionals (btw, if you saw one that was a saleen mustang...he, he, he).

Speaking of healthy lifestyles, if I may propose that we hold some sort of class. I assisted in some instruction of some physical activities back in the day. I'm willing to facilitate it for free; we just need space and some time. If you're interested, let's discuss it in a more private communication channel and organize and stuff.

So here we are, the flying fox idea is up and running! But how does this compare to the 'mega-zip' in sentosa? Are they the same?

Speaking of classes, nakatago, i just got reminded that all of us can also try to learn the art of ninjutsu from Steve-R. My impression is that it can be quite a good form of exercise.

I'm taking some classes myself. Not much exercise because they're trying to be as efficient as possible. So, forget about burning calories there. It's all about saving your ass whatever your physical condition.

Well, at least I haven't been taught the flying part yet.

Folks, I just did the forest adventure on Sunday at Bedok Reservoir. We were 26 people and all were extremely supportive and encouraging as most of us were doing this for the first time. We started in the morning when the weather was most lovely. The 4 courses took about 2 hours to complete. And yes, we did swing via "flying fox" wire from trees to ground over the Reservoir...woo-hoo :)
Awesome :)
