Steve-R wrote:Heard from the co-planner that the place is at Geylang Lorong 9. Don't know the name but we might make a last minute decision when we get there. So we have a general location for now. I'll keep you updated.
We can meet at Kallang MRT station at 7:30pm on Friday and then take a tour thru Geylang to Lorong 9 to find a place to eat. Anyone showing up late can call or text me to find the group.

I think it's prudent that we should.
...and not as much alcohol as last time, right, Steve?

Ok. We could head back to City Hall and eat somewhere if it rains. Then head over to the Ink Club to crash the FNDC.
Definitely not as much alcohol this time.

FYI:
http://www.the-inncrowd.com/geylang.htm It's just that...it's seven years old but it should give a nice overview. The
peranakan crowd would be delighted at the food options there.
Debauchery?!? Oh noes, we're all good little boys and girls, right?

Very good idea. I will be in raffles city earlier, and there is crepes at the basement...asian kitchen...

Indeed it is seven years ago. Today the red light district stretches from tampines to jurong. The website coverage of seedy content is disappointing, they need a Geylang Consultant badly.

i just can't resist. in case SMS takes this post off. bwahaha.
Dear John,
What did you mean by a free mind? Does her mind go off on its own in search of food/amusement/beer when the owner is preoccupied with really important matters (such as the next color of her nails)?
Signed,
A curious mind

Please try the Dating portion of this site (Link above, between "Classifieds" and "Forum") or "Dating & Friends" way above, the one with the heart icon.

Dude's quest for a 'free-minded', uh, lady has been practically posted everywhere, not just this thread. More a source of amusement than annoyance, tho. Prolly why sms letting his posts stay.
