Actually this is good weather, rather than getting baked in the hot sun and wearing half cut socks ;-)

According to nea website, likely to rain till 3pm, which is perfect timing!

However, the weather forcast will change and supposedly get more acurate as it is nearer the date.

weather forecast on saturaday

Posted: Fri, 19 Mar 2010 9:03 am
by hellofan
Saturday Late morning and afternoon showers with thunder. clear sky in evening 31/24 Degrees Celsius, windy at 72nautical miles/hr from all directions. Ladies advised not to wear skirt, just wear something light, light 3piece bikini. Although Tsunami is expected, there is no cause for serious worry since casualty will be low. But those residing near beaches (such as Sentosa) should be prepared in swimming attire and are advised strongly from peeking out from their window.

Lately theres been much debate on the rules and to clarify things, here are some key points taken from the FIVB beach volley rule book.

15.1 REACHING BEYOND THE NET
15.1.1 In blocking, a blocker may touch the ball beyond the net, provided that he/she does not interfere with the opponent’s play, before or during the latter’s attack-hit .

17.2 ATTACK-HIT FAULTS
17.2.1 A player hits the ball within the playing space of the opposing team (Rule 15.1.2).
17.2.2 A player hits the ball “out”
