Well you should have looked for another thread that has a detailed account of the interview process. But since I'm in a good mood (haha), I'll post it up again.

1) Group interview:
You will be seated around a round table in a group of 10. Two interviewers will be walking around to assess the candidates. Each candidate is to give a brief introduction about herself and why she wants to be a cabin crew.

2) One-to-one interview:
Usually only four or less out of the ten will stay (sometimes none). You then have to wait for your turn for the one-to-one interview in another room. Sometimes you have to go home and wait for the results if you make it to the next round. Sometimes, like how I went through, you get the results immediately and you go home ecstatic.

3) Water Confidence Test:
This round is conducted a few days later at SIA Training Centre. Each candidate is to jump off a mock up aircraft into the swimming pool below. Then she will have to swim backstroke to the other end of the pool. Don't worry, life vests will be provided. Sometimes there will be an elimination after this round. Sometimes, like how I went through, there will not be any elimination at all.

4) Uniform fitting:
After changing from swimming gears to normal clothing, you will then proceed to another room for the uniform fitting. You will then change into that green Silkair uniform and in groups, you will go into a room where two interviewers will scrutinize you and some questions will be asked. You will have to go home and wait for an email or a call if you make it to the next round.

5) Management round:
This round might be a week or two after the last round. You will be seated in a room with the rest of the selected candidates with the management facing you. One by one, you were to stand in front of the other girls, to face the panel. You will have to give a brief introduction again and then they will ask a few questions relating to your backgrounds, current job, etc.

6) Tea party:
Some finger food and drinks will be provided. You should talk to the interviewers of any doubts that you have. This round will last an impression on you on how you handle public relations. This would be the most relaxed round of the rest. You will then go home and wait some more for the results.

Good luck!

I assumed you're a guy. But Silkair is only recruiting Stewardesses.

True and Silkair have no plans whatsoever to hire any male cabin crew. All cabin crew are female and they wanna keep it that way.
