hi ya all, how did the interview go for those of you who went?

hey trevormyboy, i managed to pass the 1st interview..be going to the WCT again...really hope i can make it this time..

yup yup! guess what..WCT is on the 13th August! 1st day of training for you as well right! work hard and enjoy your training yah!

Hi, I am new here. May i know the details of the silkair interview?
Is it hard to get in? How is the interview like? What are their expectation?
What is the suitable attire for the interview? Thinking of going today but many doubts and hestiation....................

Well 1st u step in the room they will take ur height then feel in the application form, after that u have to bring along ur original n copied certificate for them to verify... then u have to wait for your name to be called, after about 10mins all in a groups will proceed into the room where u hvae to self introduction, n there will be 2 or 3 interviewer will walk around u, i dunno what they wanna see anyway... well just dun bother them...hmmm then after that, once everybody has done n u guys will get to proceed to the next room n then they start to Elaminate pple liao... Once u get called again then u go in to another room which is your 2nd interview, u have to read the annoucement thingy then they will call u for one to one interview...
then u'll get a sheet of paper for your Water cofidents test.... on 14th of Aug 2007

Hi Everybody...I got in for 2nd interview...mine is on 14 August at 8.30am for the swimming and uniform rounds...now i'm worry and curious about the mgmt round...hmmmm....in my mind hows the mgmt round is going to be??hopefully you gals/guys could help me to solve this prob...thnz..

Thats not ur second interview, ur second interview which u already done the one to one interview with them which at MARINA MANDARIN Hotel rite..then u'll get the swimming test paper?....
For the mgmt rounds not to worry so much, after ur water confidents test then ur uniform rounds u have to do some walks n let them see.... after that if u pass this rounds u'll go for the tea party liao...

no need to be worried of, relax dun be so tensed

Yes they still elaminate pple when u r doing ya water confidents test...
for the tea party even,The tea party round its not the same as ur one to one... they will observe u from there how u react n how u interact with everyone... Remeber dont keep quiet treat everyone as u know them so many years back..haha k... for ur info y i said this kos i ever heard this one gerl which form SQ she got in through in every rounds but unfortunately not the tea party round kos she just sitting down relax one corner then never talk to anyone either then she get kicked out from there.... poor thing.. hey just be urslf dun worry so much k...

Sometimes, not knowing how the next round is gonna happen is a good thing. Just go with the flow. Don't feel like you want it badly coz most of the time if you feel that way, you won't be yourself and end up not getting it. Just be yourself and go with the flow.
