Hi! I've been having problems to finding an eyeliner to suit my skin. Everytime i apply it on, it would tend to smudge and smear around my eyes making me look like a zombie. I've always been extremely careful not to rub my eyes when using an eyeliner. Is there any products to help me with the oil under my eyes?

i ever come across one type of eye liner which is waterproof.. I think you can get it at Mark & Spec. at causeway point..
