I just recently moved to another employer. But I've been working here in singapore for years now. can I already apply for PR, or do I need to wait to get my 6th month payslip in my new employer? since it's part of the explanatory_notes_and_document_list_for_PTS checklist requirements.

can I just combine my previous employer payslips with my current to fulfill the 6mon payslip requirements?

thanks in advance!

Wait until 3 tax submissions or your first EP renewal has been approved (assuming it's 24 month EP).

20-25% chance mainly due to the length of stay. Try once and if you don't get it, it will be tough after that.

Stay here or change company - No one can say. Also depends on how big the hike is. Example 120K to 180K- yes, MAY make a difference. But 120K to 140K may not may a big impact.

Not going to be easy.
You need to move to a EP, increase salary and then apply.

Noted on the salary part. Does being single considered lower chance?

There are many who got their PR when being Single. So, I that is not a big issue.

In your case it is the ethnic quota, salary, pass type are the main issues.
