Hi is anyone currently living in Jardin
condo, Upper Bukhit Timah ? I heard there is construction going on near by and would like to know if it’s a real inconvenience in terms of noise/ sight and how long it’s expected to go on for etc. Any information about what it’s like to currently live at this condo would be much appreciated , thank you

The construction beside Jardin is Mayfair Modern, construction will complete around December 2024. But the road noise itself along Dunearn Road and near Jalan Anak Bukit is quite noisy..
Is there any reason why you like Jardin? Just curious..

I live in the area and drive past multiple times a day. The construction is really loud, I’d imagine it would be annoying to live there until the work is completed. If you’re interested in Upper Bukit Timah, maybe look at the
condos on Hume and Hillview avenue. 5 mins drive away, much quieter and more scenic.

They are now on a 28 day (14+14) stay-at-home notice.
Are these homes regulated? Do you think it matters / impacts spread of COVID?
Last post
Yes - I see them around me. I'd rather they were there than stuffed into dorms. Physical distancing is very important to stop the spread.
Sorry,...
