Yes! I did my in Jan 05. Done by Dr Jon Goh. Recommended! In fact, I recommended him to my colleague as well as my sis. Completed my follow-up checkups and I'm having perfect eyesight now!

I was sick of wearing lenses too and mine is higher than yours.
I did two years ago, done by Dr. Jon goh. Recommended! I recommended to my friends and they all successful.
