Probably at the cost of employer.

They should, no good reason to leave a vulnerable population if a vaccine is available. Vaccine may be 95%, so people can still get infected if exposed.

Considering FDW often work with vulnerable I expect it will be similar in the way TB and HIV tests are.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.

Looking at how airlines are considering making it a pre requisite for boarding aircrafts, I would say yes.
