Hi,

I applied for PR in June 2019 with my wife and i child - 3 yrs old, got rejected in Dec 2019.
Indian, Male 33 yrs old, In S pass ,9 yrs in Sg,Salary - 38K, oil/gas industry

Reappealed in June 2020, Since got new job in Sep 2019 ,better company profile. After 1.5 months no reply from appaeal. Now i got another job with better package - 45k (Construction section under PUB) but still in S pass. Also i submitted my new pass(IC copy) and offer letter to ICA , will it be helpful for getting positive response. Also paid taxes more than 3 times.

Sorry, not going to be easy because of the ethnicity quota, pass type and lower salary.

I have received the letter saying. "We have considered your application, including supporting documents. We regret to inform you that your application is not successful
Nevertheless, you and your family can continue to reside here on your respective valid passes."

My friend says this means I can't apply anymore 😔😔😞.

You MAY have a chance when there are SIGNIFICANT changes in your work, career, education, etc. Till then NO (You can apply but the result will be the same)

Very hard to SPass to jump to PR. Try to get to EP level then reapply.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

What it means is based on you and your family merits at the time of application you are ineligible for PR. However, you can continue to work on your current visa as long as you can get it renewed. OR you can reapply if you & your family merits increase dramatically. For instance, as PNGMK suggested, try to get upgraded via merit, credentials, education upgrades or massive salary increment to at least EP level and then try again. Trying again with the same data set is going to result in the same outcome.
