The problem is choke points (door ways, gates, lifts, passage ways, narrow paths) and touch points (buttons, handles, knobs) for those going to and from those parks. There is also in particular a problem with smaller enclosed spaces (lifts, toilets) where aerosolization is an issue. I think for a lot of people it is a holiday. I'm into my 3rd week working from home so I value my early morning walk, but crowds since CB are much bigger and I'm out before 7. I'm hoping the novelty will wear off in a day or two.
