They should stop all flights out of Singapore as soon as possible.

There is also a lock down rumour going around ...

You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Try BA. As you are holding a British PP I think, BA is probably the only carrier you will be able to use to return to your own country and most other countries are not allowing UK/US citizens in. That's what happens when you burn the candle from both ends for too long.
