TCM recommendation?

Post by alessandratyq » Wed, 26 Dec 2018 11:12 am

I sprained my ankle last week and still cannot really walk without pain. I heard that tcm can help to speed up the healing process. Not sure if acupuncture or tuina is more effective though. Does anybody have a good and cheap tcm to recommend? Please help!

Double blind, clinical studies of acupuncture show that it has no therapeutic value.
