For all those thinking of applying, just do it.

For those who got rejected, don't give up hope.

Good luck all.

Hi,

I'm planning to apply for PR. I've read about the e-PR system for PR application, i want to ask if the forms are downloaded once i proceed with my application online? Because i already downloaded forms through the internet, however i'm not sure if these forms are valid or from ICA. Are these downloadable forms same as what they have on the e-PR application? They will only allow 7 days to complete the forms, does that mean that by the time i start applying, then i can only downlolad the forms to be filled-up including the Annex A for my employer?

Also, I just want to ask about the a few things to be filled-up in Form 4A:

1. For Educational and Professional Qualifications Attained and/or Vocational/Industrial Training Completed - does this include my Bachelor's Degree or my College Diploma? or only other training courses that I attained after studying in college?

2. Employment History for Last Ten (10) Years - should i include my previous employment from my home country? or only the previous employment here in Singapore?

Hope someone could help me to clarify these queries. Thank you so much.

1. Use the highest level qualification.

2. Yes.

Please use the ePR system. Do not download any forms from any other site.

You actually go through the checklist and prep your employer about the form first. So you cut down on wait time.

After you upload all documents via e-PR and apply, thats it. Why do you need an appointment after this? Submission is FULLY online.

You only make an appointment if your PR is approved. Otherwise no need to step in to any ICA office at all

Oh i did not know that there is no longer an appointment after submitting all your documents online.
So meaning after submission is just the waiting time for approval.

Thanks Droll,

It's nice to know that your application was approved in 7 months time.

I have another question though, for the testimonial for previous employer, is it mandatory?
If yes, should i also get testimonials from my previous employer in my own country?

As for my case, been here since 2012. I just have two employers here:

2012-2014 - Employer 1 - testimonial is mandatory?
2014-2018- Employer 2 - Current employer letter

Also, another thing, since they are asking for particulars on my previous employment for the past 10 years, back in 2008 i was employed at my home country and not here in SG. should i still include it?
Or should i just write my employment from 2012-2018 (in SG)

Please advise. thank you.

Testimonial of previous employment is not required. You only need current employer. You also need current employer ro complete EP152 if you PR is approved.

Include your full employment history.

Noted on that. Can i ask you also regarding file upload?
do they have any required maximum file size for each upload of the document?
is there also required overall file upload size?

Please advise.

Thank you.
