I'm not sure if slimming coffee can do the trick but from what I heard, sliming product like tea or coffee they only help you to drain the water in your body. So, this should not be the best way to slim down.

i like all sorts of natural normal coffee.
without sugar nor milk, i am pretty sure coffee helps to increase your burning of calories and helps you to slim down.
now question is - French Press or pour over for your coffee?

I think that french press is more common? have seen more of my friends use that.
I prefer the pour over though. I enjoy the process more... I like watching my coffee drip down

I used to take caffeine tablets during intense study periods...withdrawal took about 2 weeks to recover.
Best stick to drinking coffee, way more sociable and enjoyable (though depends on the coffee and company)

had a colleague who used to take something like this. it kept giving her the runs, and eventually she just became weak and pale, and ended up giving up on it. once she stopped taking it, the weight (and maybe even a little more) all came back...
my issue with such gimmicks and dieting plans (like the keto diet, etc.) is the sustainability behind the action. think we're much better off making lifestyle changes (incorporating daily walks, half an hour of exercise 4-5 times a week) and adjusting our meals to include a higher intake of fibre and proteins with less carbs.
