Unless your fiance has a minimum of 2~3 years experience in addition to her qualifications, I'm afraid you both will find it an almost impossible uphill struggle. Singapore is no longer an Asian backwater crying for talent. In order to be assessed by the MOM as suitable Foreign Talent, she will need to show reason as to why she should be considered over local talent with similar experience. FTs are no longer considered the must-haves, especially since two of their Universities are now well up on the International rating sheets at 24th National University of Singapore (NUS) and 51-60 band for NTU (Nanyang Technical University). NTU climbed over 30 places last year.
My advice is to be sure you have a plan B. Also, make sure she has a firm job offer BEFORE you leave your country, else you are going to spend a lot of money and maybe for naught. You are going to have an even bigger problem, one that may well be insurmountable unless you have sales credentials that can pull down 12-18K/mo salary here.
