Personal Training

Post by midlet2013 » Sat, 27 Aug 2016 10:14 pm

Hi

What options do I have to have Personal Gym training once a week.

I used to do personal training at Fitness First but I paid 150$ membership fee + trainer cost.

Currently I do training with the trainer but in gym outside. He hosts in a hotel gym.

So, I am thinking of quitting Fitness First. I can do personal activity in my office gym. But I would like to have a personal trainer once a week.

Are there options for PT without 150$ Gym Membership ??

My wife and i recently was matched a fitness trainer through personaltrainersingapore.net. Our fitness trainer will come over to our condo gyms in the evening. So yes, we got a trainer without having to sign up any gym membership.
