Singapore's tall girls, attention!

Post by ccyu123 » Sat, 25 Feb 2012 10:47 pm

Dear expat friends,

Any tall girls out there in Singapore? Being a tall female is sort of a disadvantage here. I am sure you know how it feels when everyone looks at you and secretly think how tall you are in the peak hour MRT. I am 175cm tall. Join me for a meetup, Singapore tall girls, no matter where you are from. Girls should look after themselves! I am open for anything, drinks, yoga, coffee, movies, arts, basically anything.

Hello!

I'm not as tall as you. I stand 169cm I guess it's a little more than average. When I wear heels I get stares but thats alright! Where r u from? =)

Find yourself a short man. He'll never leave you and everyone will wonder if he's really rich or really packin'!

Oh, another thing. Don't worry about your height. In fact, continue to wear heels if you so desire. But remember, just like you, everyone has something they don't like that probably doesn't bother anybody else except themselves.

One last thing. short or tall, all are the same height horizontally!

(on their side that is!) :P

Hey tall girls!

i'm 183cm soon to be relocating to Sing from UK. Just hoping some of you could advise on whether you find shopping a pain/struggle to get clothes to fit in Sing?

thanks in advance

Make sure you buy Jean & Slacks in your home country as long-legged lassies definitely have a problem in the land of 28" inseams. Also, if you are well endowed, it would behoove you to buy a fairly decent quantity of booby holsters in the design & cup size you require a good bras seem to be either non-existant or ridiculously expensive IF you can find them. And variety is virtually non-existant as well. Same goes with swimwear.

Well some Singaporeans do stick out in the crowd like you. I'm 1.85m. If you're looking at sharing a "towering" experience, gimme a buzz. LOL

You're replying to a thread that is 6 years old, very likely most people that replied this thread don't even remember this forum by now, or if they are expats they are not in SG.
