Renting out Condo Apartement

Post by amkpak » Mon, 02 Apr 2018 3:40 pm

I am looking to rent out my condo apt as I am moving out of Singapore.

I have already found a tenant who leaves in the same condo, so I am looking at going without agent.

I need to get the tenancy agreement signed and inform the condo management.
1. Do I need to register the agreement through IRAS e-Stamping ?
2. Is there any other procedure I need to follow ?

Thanks

Yes, tenancy agreement.
Yes, stamp the contract.
2. You sure you want to be a long distance landlord?

The issue with not having an agent in this case would likely cost you more money if the tenant doesn't pay or destroys the apartment and you wouldn't know.
