Does Travel insurance from India cover outpatient costs in S

Hi, my parents are visiting us in Singapore - and will stay for 6 months or more. I have advised them to buy travel insurance in India before they come. They will take Tata AIG Travel Guard (link below).

I want to know if this policy will cover outpatient (doctor visit and medicines prescribed) costs in Singapore.

Also want to know if others on the board have experience with such travel policies. Is AIG good in responding to claims. I read in another posting that AIG rejects most of the claims. ICICI is the other option ... should I consider that ?
