Obtained IPA late January 2018, which was about six months after "interview" (which as everyone explained is more a document checking session) in July 2017.
I was surprised at the speed given my not-so-desirable social status (single non-father). Perhaps the fact that I schooled here since Primary 1 helped.

How long does it take to get the approval letter after completing the SG Journey?

I've only received the IPA (in principal approval) - I have not received an approval letter. I haven't gone for the SG Journey.

I personally feel you have a decent chance since you have studied here and have stayed long enough.

Thanks for your feedback , however does this 11 months long waiting showing any negative impact ? Cause I can see few of them here approved in 4-8 months time

Mine got approved after 14 months. Longer does not mean good or bad. FYI, if you are from the subcontinent, you can expect the processing time to be longer.
