Our living room tiles and a part of the dining room tiles exploded. It happened on 2 separate days. i have a toddler who was actually traumatized by the tiles explosion and also the 2nd time it happened she was also nearly hit. We have informed the owner and agents on both ocassions and to be fair with them, they have already responded and already scheduled the tile hacking and renovation which will happen for more or less a week. Now my main concern is, my child will be exposed to all these dust and noise due to the renovation. I want to ask all of you if it is fair for me to request from the owner a place where we can temporarily stay until the renovation is over?
