EP Rejected

Post by hriday9 » Tue, 19 Dec 2017 1:18 pm

Hello all,

just wondering if anyone has had experiences whereby their EP has been rejected because of JOB posting issue, I am already an EP Holder in singapore

In My case the company didnt mention the salary range in the job posting and now I have to wait 2 weeks and they will appeal which will take again atleast 3 weeks

I am really confused here should I wait for the result after they appeal or look for other opportunities?

Any advice would be appreciated

Thanks

You should continue with your existing job until your new EP is approved.

what is the salary range for your EP application ?
To get there early is on time and showing up on time is late

Only if you want to deliberately throw a spanner into the MOM machinery that could take a year or more to get sorted out, thereby, in all probability, ruining your chances with the potential employers. You need to withdraw your appeal before you try to obtain a new IPA for another company.
