1)The Malay community youngsters are really into biking. Especially if you see girl riders, more than likely that its Malay. They really like Kampung style and love to buy HDB at ground floor and have a garden outside and also park a bike there :)

Not only that, nowadays there's more and more delivery services like ubereats, deliveroo, foodpanda, etc etc. You see colourful uniforms and delivery boxes on the roads everyday...

The outright theft of motorcycle COE's to pad out the car COE's is a disgrace to Singapore and the damn LTA.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
