Hep A & Hep B vaccinations - OK to get them in Singapore?

Postby rootuf » Wed, 13 Sep 2017 8:24 pm

I am on a short time scale before a 24-month contract starts in Singapore (flying 22 October, starting on 25 October).

I've managed to get Typhoid and Tetanus this week, however, there is a national shortage of Hep A/B vaccines in the UK, which will most likely last into November.

I understand this vaccine is delivered in 3 doeses; will I be OK to get my first straight after I fly out to Singapore? If so, can anyone recommend a travel clinic I could go to and give me an estimation of how much I could expect to spend? Worried I'll be charged SGD$hundreds+++++ for this.

Update: looks like Tanjong Pagar Medical Clinic might be a goer?
