Is there any USD $ debit card in Singapore

Hello,

I have a HK corp with a bank account with OCBC in Singapore.
My business is global but generates revenue in USD and I want to make around $20-30k of payments per month in USD.

I have a USD account with OCBC BUT the problem is that they wont issue a credit nor a debit card for my USD account.
They will only issue a SGD debit account.
I will have to pay a minimum of 2.5% commission on every transaction, which adds up over time.

So what I need is a USD $ denominated card in Singapore.

I was thinking of a third party link PayPal, they might have a way to link their debit card to my bank account in SG.

Any options or ideas?

CC and banks make money in conversion and transaction fees from cards as you are aware.

I use btc for usd collection
becos here in singapore , you can do withdrawal in sg dollar using btc card
btc machine can be found in a few area in chinatown or we have coinhakio or xfers
who can exchange for you at min % fee
