Has come through Houston... actually, it is so large it has flooded a 200 mile wide swath of Texas. The flooding is worst in Houston. We received 5 inches of rain on Friday, more than 18 inches of rain through Sunday morning, and 5 more inches on Sunday night. It's raining again.

We have been fortunate... the water has lapped within inches of our house but none has come in. Others have not been so fortunate... with a foot of water in their homes, to the northeast part of Houston where floodwaters are as much as 10 feet deep.
