Well the general advice is: delete your social media presence (at least where there are mutual contacts), find a lawyer (if there are assets or children or a marriage involved) and hit the gym (to fight depression).

I've also found breakups to be a good time to renew relationships with family members (your long neglecated mother, aunts, uncles) and friends who are scattered all over the world. In my last breakup that's how I ended up meeting my wife who was working in Pakistan when I (on a whim and at her invitation) decided to visit her.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

In all honesty, getting laid helps a lot. I was having sex every two or three one-night-stands over a one-month period.

This is true, i realised i've spent lotsa time and money on gifts and luxury experiences on her instead of family members. Thanks!

Get on with life, don't brood over it.

PS, why she left, so you are flawless ?
