Not without permission. If a foreigner is bankrupted while in Singapore their details with be with ICA and it is illegal to travel for a holiday or otherwise without the permission of the trustees. The reason being is you should not have the funds available and if you do; then please explain why they are not being used to reduce your debt?

The person's gonna get arrested on arrival if they left after being declared insolvent.

If they were declared insolvent when out of country, they can be held till IPTO gives their decision.

Where is this person from anyway ?
