Foreigner School Admission & parents visa

Hi,
I am Diana a Foreigner from India, I would like to arrange studies for my child in Singapore, can you help me to advise me for further information on joining instructions​ & formalities. She is 3.5 years old & I need to take care of her so guide me to be both of us how to be here & start her studies. Some of my friends suggested this site may give proper information, so kindly guide us.

You can enroll her in a kindergarten. She should start nursery at 3. It is nursery, k1, k2, similar to Indian Nursery, LKG and UKG.

There is a list of kindergartens both govt, private and also associated with religious institutions like Churches in Singapore run Kindergartens. They are pretty cheap at $250 a month, if you don't mind the influence of some Christianity preaching during the education.

Thank you for your reply, but I want to clear Idea about our visa process & how should get her student pass and my self for taking care of her, because now we are just under social visit....

If your child is on dependent pass then no need for student pass. Only long term social visit pass holders need to apply for student pass.

I recently learnt that my student pass has been rejected and I was wondering how I would go about filing an appeal. I am already in Singapore on a tourist visa.

Ask the institution who applied to help you out?

What are you studying and where?
