In the first place, if the student is here on a student pass, it is not a requirement for the parents to be present in Singapore!

For a 3 year old, does that apply ? No offence ...

The youngest kids who were away from parents, from what I have seen, was 8 years and above.

Me, was under guardian from 9 years of age....

We don't intend to leave my child alone. Myself and my wife will be in Singapore.. We just want our daughter to be with us

I got your point.

But wondering if ICA matches your being in Singapore with your child's stay, a child who's 3 year old.

There in May lie the problem. Maybe.

I think you'll need a LTVP for the child. I would look at hiring a stay at home maid ($500 to $600 per month) to take care of her.

I guess so but make sure you have a back up plan in case that fails.

Ok.. Thank you.. Few of the local people I spoke to here said that my appeal should be successful once my pass and my wife's pass are issued
