Asking for an advice

I'm in Singapore as a visitor pass and this is my third trip here. I'm from a country which is eligible for 90 days stamp.

1. in Jan 2016 I visited on a short business trip (less than a week)
: had entered smoothly.

2. I have stayed almost 3 months for attending several seminars + trip from Nov 2016 to Jan 2017
The reason for the long-term trip was not only for those purposes but to take professional exams in Dec.
: I was asked bunch of questions but allowed to enter.

3. I visited again after 5 days to see my gf who is currently a PR holder. This time I was trying to stay for 5 weeks.
: It wasn't smooth at all and had to wait in a room to get an interview. I was really embarrassed cause I wasn't hiding anything and purely thought that I would have no problem with entering SG. (I figured out later this would be not enough. I admit that I was being too naive...)
I was able to enter with 90 days stamp but got a note that I should leave on the exact date of my return flight.

My question is, will I be able to visit SG again as a visitor pass approx. 10 days to 2 weeks after leaving SG? My purpose of my next visit is to take several exams which can only be taken in SG. I'm thinking of staying for a month from late March to late Apr. I used to be a working professional in my home country but now I'm on a temporary break between my career.

Will there be any problem? Or should I ask visit ICA and ask for an extension of my stay? (I got 90 days stamp but with a notation that I should take the return flight so technically I have received a five-week pass)

May I tell them that I'll be here again for taking exam purpose?

Go ahead. You have already had your warning. Infringe that or try to wank your way around it, you will find you will not be allowed to return for a minimum of 6 months. Agitate them at your own peril. You have been put on notice, what more do you need. You cannot play-play with Immigration in Singapore.

Wow. I will be surprised if you are allowed in within this year. I also doubt anybody is going to buy the story about th exams.

Certain exams like MRCP conducted in Singapore can earn a visa, if the person shows the exam enrolment, but it may not get anything more than a 30 day visa.

PS. Near by country folks do fly to Singapore for such exams .

I know Ecu, but just look at the whole story. Nobody responsible acts like this. People who needs to pass some exams in a foreign country try to maximize their chances rather than minimizing them. This just looks like an excuse. Maybe it is not, but I am pretty sure ICA may easy see it the same way.
