Thanks Mike for such prompt response

I read that link previously. But what i like to know is, when an EP is filed,
then what are the stages it has to go through.
So lets say,
first it has to be in "Pending" then "waiting for vetting" something like that

I think you are confusing the internal MOM process with the steps for applying and receiving an EP (as per the steps listed in the linked website). If MOM need more information from you they will ask, if they need to vet your qualifications they will contact the relevant institutions or agencies. Once they have everything they need they will either approve or reject the application.

There are only three possible steps. Not five. The first is Pending. the second is either rejected due to employer or rejected due to your own failure. And the third? Approved. The rest is unknown to moral men, regardless of what you might have "heard". Anybody who tells you something else is blowing smoke up your arse.

As Mike said, if they need something else in the course of their deliberations they will contact you and ask for it specifically. Otherwise, you will just have to sit it out until they finish their deliberations and or fact checking of the BS story you probably wrote in the application. ;-)

Thanks Guys for your prompt reply.
So let me wait as the status is "Pending" since 2 months.

Some people have been pending for much longer than that.

I wish everyone who all are pending since long, should have their EP approved.

Sadly, that is not always the case. But there is still hope.

Pending means just pending. What you refer to is just a status and as far as we can tell, it doesn't reflect any actual steps. It may be pending waiting for rejection or pending waiting for approval. or pending because is being vetted, or pending queuing checking some formal, basic assessment or pending anything else MOM desires.
