Hi Ecureilx, my contractor agreed to provide me a general cleaning (Only remove bulky garbage). But I think it is not ready for moving in. So, I am thinking to get a thorough cleaning for the office before we move it. I wish to have floor polishing as well.

I'm rather surprised that SeanLee210 needs the services of an expat forum. I would have though a Singaporean would have used HardwareZone forum or SgForum. Or is he spamming numerous boards?? Office cleaning? Party Bus? (which of course he came up with his own solution).

Thank you for your sharing. By the way, I am not a Singaporean.

Thank you for the recommendations HardwareZone forum or SgForum are more for local I guess.
Being an Expats growing up Singapore was a wonderful experience with good security, good food and good people.I must agree that here the internet connection is one of the best in the world and many information is easily available. I tried many contractors and service provider some are good and some are not really good. For those new Expats that are new my personal recommendations for some useful websites and services that I used with good service and reasonable price :-

http:www...com.sg ==> House rental
heep:www...sg ==> House rental
http://www.transitlink.com.sg/==> Public transport
http://www.taxisingapore.com/ ==> Taxi booking
http://www.avis.com.sg/ ==> Car Rental
http://www.fairprice.com.sg/==> Grocery
https://coldstorage.com.sg/==> Grocery
http://www.sgcleanxpert.com/==> Home and Office Cleaning
http://www.laundrycares.com/ ==> Laundry and carpet cleaning
http://boontongkee.com.sg/ ==> Chicken Rice (local Food)
https://www.foodpanda.sg ==> Food Delivery
https://www.mcdonalds.com.sg/==> Fast food

Please add on if you had better good recommendations
Cheers

Yes, subtle and sophisticated. I'm locking this topic. Last 5 resurrecting posts where all of the subtle and sophisticated kind.
