However i couldn't send any outgoing mail.
The error message that i get as below:-
Send test email message: Cannot send the message. Verify the e-mail address in your account properties. The server responded: 554.7.1 DNS Blacklisted by zen.spamhaus.org
Hope someone could help me out / provide some guidance.
Thanks.
What is the SMTP server you are using ?
hi ecureilx,
I am not really an IT guy. But it is my company email, and i know it is an IMAP email.
The SMTP server is:
SMTP.<company name>.com.<country>
Anyway i follow the spamhaus.org/lookup/ and found my solution.
To summarize:
My IP address is on the PBL
To fix this, need to turn on "SMTP Authentication."
To do this, need to click on the "Settings" button. In the 'Outgoing Mail Server' dialog box, make sure "Use same settings as incoming mail server" is selected.
Thanks again.
