Have you checked to ensure that it's correct?

Can we actually request them to resend the letter? In circumstances like this, it is really unusual for local mails to not arrive after 1 week.

Lost mail, it happens ... but damn some luck you have there, happens to be a very important mail to have it undelivered.
I recalled there's a case where a mail delivery woman had her bike full of undelivered mails stolen when she went for the loo.

Let us know when you received your blue card, congrats! :)

It's seriously luck as I having my flight to oversea later, well they called me this morning, and allowed me to self collect in the evening. Another tips to share:
Well is gonna happen when calling to ICA operator and they will suggested that email to [email protected] but do not email to there but use the feedback email [email protected] which they will more noticed.

Thanks again and good luck to those still pending... Cheers

Mine took almost 6 weeks to arrive. 6 weeks biting my nails hoping that they hadn't changed their minds, and of incessantly feeling around my postbox twice a day.....eventually came through but only after I emailed them.

Congrats on the PR man! Hopefully with this status you'll face less obstacles in a society where English is the primary language to function.
