Hi,
If what I aspire is to be a risk analyst or doing risk management in middle office, is it easier to transit from front office to middle office or back office to middle office? What happens in reality? From what I know most people who are risk analysts start off as some analyst position in the middle office & gain experience there. But for non-banking related degree holders is it easier to transit front office to middle office or back office to middle office?
