Usually it's one month prior to your training date. My friend who is starting on 8th march just got her mail a few days back

Is it very obvious? Try covering it with concealer!

Does anyone know if sq does any background check for candidates? Do they inform you or anything? Anyone who went for the interview recently did/didnt receive background check from sq and what did they check on? Hope to hear some replies. Thanks!

Lots of marks like freckles, maybe can say color uneven? >.<
And a redness spot on back neck, very light but can see if nearby.

From what I know they will randomly select some people and make a call to their previous employers. But before they do so they will give you a call to inform you.

Thanks for your reply earlier.
do you have any idea if the candidate can reject them doing a background check? Will the candidate lose his chance of getting accepted if he rejects the background check?

You have that right. You reject, they reject. They win, you lose.

SQ to hire 2000 more cabin crew
I’m taking this as a positive sign that the flight industry is coming back, perhaps now it is finally safe to say that SG is reopened for good.

Sad day for many SIA crew, losing their jobs, hope they can soon get back to their jobs.
Pilots are taking 50-60% paycuts to keep their jobs.
