Hey everyone!
Walking around Clarke Quay I was a bit shocked by the lack of people in their 20s there.(Is this where the 20s crowd even hang? I felt like I was meeting a bunch of dads. Please message me for some tips!) I just relocated to Singapore last Friday and would love to meet some new friends! (Seriously save me...I moved here on a whim for work and know absolutely no one here). I'm down to explore Singapore, outdoor stuff or getting drink at their expensive over-priced bars. I'm a firm believer that it's the people that make a city...so I'd love to meet some great people!
PM me if you're down to hang!

can you please elaborate on what you saw amongst the 20s crowd that made you feel they were like dads?
To get there early is on time and showing up on time is late

Hey I just moved here from America and met a good mix of ex-pats and locals to drink with on the weekends. Shoot me a whatsapp or text at 65 8451 8637 and I can let you know next time we go out to drink. And don't worry we are all in our 20's haha. Everyone else who replied feel free to do the same.

Hey! I'm local here. To answer your questions, yes, Clarke quay/boat quay/holland village is usually packed with 20s down for a drink and chilling session. My friends and I (all in our 20s) usually hang out on the weekends for a drink so if you're keen you're welcome to join us as well! Just drop me a whatsapp or text at +65 85110212

There is truthfully a lack of younger expats around as most of them are still in college or starting careers....
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or
http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

And ripe for plucking :p
Well, especially when a lot of guys in this congested city (and some girls too) have found that it is easy hood wink new arrivals, and before anybody says anything, a fair number of the 'artists' are foreigners as well.

Hey!
I know exactly how you feel- I used to work in Clarke Quay and I was so shocked by the crowd there. It's been a while since you posted here but let me know how you're getting on. Made some friends? Settled in a bit more?
