Helper Recommendations

Hello,

We are a young family, with one on the way (due in 8 weeks) we have just been let down by a helper who was due to start with us in August. Does anyone have any recommendations for a helper that can start August/September time? Experience with newborns would be ideal.

We are a British/Chinese couple with a 3 year old and another on the way. Maria has worked for us for almost 3 years and we are moving to Japan, so she needs a new job. She is wonderful with kids & extremely honest and reliable.
