Because there is always two sides to a coin, and refusing to see the other side is not fair !! (or is that the right word ??? )

The biggest fear of any advocate taking on such cases, is going against powerful vested interests in the source country .. Not in Singapore ..

For cases handled here, there are more than enough Advocates / Lawyers helping out, to be fair

Though in few cases the victim refused to proceed in fear of killing their rice bowl/loans taken back home/promissory notes etc ..

You are not making any sense....

There are two sides to every story , however when it comes to crimes , you appeared to err on the side of a single story, in that nobody has a right to a trial "if its obvious" they have done it.

Yet for exploitation of workers you appear to recognise two sides.

Wierd!
