Online Shopping Delivery Survey

Post by whiteflag » Thu, 05 Mar 2015 11:21 am

Hello guys i am helping a courier company to conduct a survey.

The problems they noticed are that many online shoppers face the same problem of missed deliveries and having to reschedule deliveries because nobody is at home to receive the packages.

Wouldn't it be great if the courier man comes during the time when you are actually at home.

I appreciate anyone who would spare your valuable 30 seconds to participate in the survey :D

I'm only letting this stay because you'll be in for a ride.

That said, the number one problem is:

Couriers don't bother to knock, ring the doorbell, check if someone's home or even walk up to the door with the package. Straight up, they'll slide that 'no one home slip' under the door or just drive by past and say no one is present to receive the package.
