Re-applying for PR, need some info...

We are re-applying for PR next week, after being rejected last August. What I need to know is:

1. Do we need to submit the form again?
2. Do we need to submit all the supporting documents again?

Any info will be great, tks!

For background: Indian family, 2 kids, one girl and one boy. Applying as family. Husband on P1, been here for the last 4 years. Wife not working. Tks!

You do not need to, no. Your app will likely have about the same chance either way.

what other people normally will ask for is the, when u receive your reject letter. in the letter do stats that u are welcome to stay on your current pass or other ??
